INSR Publisher, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness throughout our publication process. Authors are encouraged to review the following Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
Authors must accept INSR Journal’s Terms and Conditions during both the Initial and Final Submission stages.
✅ Acceptance is confirmed through signing the Author Declaration Form or Copyright Form.
✅ Authors are provided sufficient time to review and decide on publishing with INSR Publisher before making any payment or proceeding with the final submission.✅ INSR Publisher incurs processing costs to ensure prompt and efficient handling of manuscripts.
✅ Authors retain the right to withdraw their manuscripts at any stage; INSR Journals will not object to the manuscript being submitted elsewhere.
If an author wishes to cancel the publication after making payment but before final submission, applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the author has completed the final submission or once the publication process has been completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
