Authors Guidelines

INSR Publishers – Step-by-Step Author Guidelines

Welcome to INSR Publishers. We sincerely thank you for choosing our platform to share your valuable research. The following guidelines are designed to help authors prepare manuscripts that meet international scholarly and editorial standards. All contributors are requested to follow these instructions carefully before submission.

1. Language

Manuscripts will be accepted only in English. Authors should use clear, precise, and grammatically correct language. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that the manuscript is linguistically sound and professionally written. Non-native speakers are encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a qualified language editor before submission.

2. Page Format

Authors must prepare manuscripts according to the following format:

  • Software: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12

  • Paper Size: A4 (8.27 × 11.69 inches)

  • Margins: 1 inch on all four sides

  • Layout: Two-column format throughout the paper

  • Spacing: Single line spacing for all text, including tables, figures, and references

  • Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 30 printed pages. Additional pages may attract extra publication charges.

All tables and figures should appear in sequence as they are cited in the text. Each must include a caption or legend, and all figures must be of high quality (minimum 300 dpi resolution).

3. Manuscript Components

A standard research article should include the following elements in the given order:

3.1 Title

Provide a concise, informative, and specific title that clearly reflects the content of the paper. Avoid abbreviations or formulae in the title.

3.2 Author Information

Include the full names of all authors along with their institutional affiliations, city, and country. The corresponding author must provide a valid email address and phone number for communication.

3.3 Abstract

The abstract should be a single paragraph not exceeding 300 words, briefly summarizing the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study.

3.4 Keywords and Abbreviations

Provide 4–7 relevant keywords immediately following the abstract. Only uncommon abbreviations should be listed and defined clearly at their first mention in the text.

3.5 Introduction

This section should explain the background, context, and objectives of the study. Clearly identify the problem being addressed, its significance, and how the study contributes to existing knowledge.

3.6 Materials and Methods

Provide sufficient detail of materials, tools, instruments, and methods used in the research. The description should be clear enough to allow other researchers to replicate the study. If applicable, include ethical approval details for studies involving human or animal subjects.

3.7 Results and Discussion

Results should be presented clearly using text, tables, and figures where appropriate. Avoid repeating the same information in multiple formats.
The discussion should interpret the results, relate them to prior studies, highlight implications, and identify limitations or areas for further research. Authors may combine or separate these sections depending on the nature of their research.

3.8 Conclusion

Summarize the main findings and emphasize the importance and potential applications of the study. Avoid including new data or interpretations in this section.

3.9 Acknowledgment

Acknowledge individuals, institutions, or organizations that provided support, funding, or technical assistance during the research or manuscript preparation.

3.10 References

All references cited in the text must be listed consecutively at the end of the manuscript. Authors should ensure that:

  • All citations in the text appear in the reference list and vice versa.

  • The references are current, accurate, and complete.

  • The format follows the APA (7th edition) or the specific style indicated by the journal.

Example (APA 7th edition):
Smith, J. A., & Brown, L. M. (2022). Advances in multidisciplinary research. Journal of Modern Studies, 10(2), 45–56.

4. Originality and Ethical Compliance
  • All submissions must be original and unpublished, and must not be under consideration elsewhere.

  • Each manuscript will undergo plagiarism screening using standard detection software. Manuscripts with high similarity scores may be returned or rejected.

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must adhere to recognized ethical guidelines and include appropriate ethical approval statements.

5. Submission Process

Authors may submit manuscripts electronically through the INSR Publishers Online Submission System or by email to the editorial office of the respective journal.
The submission should include:

  • The manuscript in MS Word format

  • A cover letter introducing the study and confirming originality

  • Copyright transfer form (after acceptance)

6. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by qualified experts. Reviewers evaluate submissions for:

  • Originality and contribution to the field

  • Methodological soundness

  • Clarity and coherence of presentation

  • Relevance and academic quality

Authors will receive reviewer comments and editorial decisions within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Publication Fees

INSR Publishers does not charge any fee for manuscript submission.
However, upon acceptance, authors are required to pay a publication fee to cover editorial processing, typesetting, and online hosting costs. Detailed payment information will be provided to the corresponding author after acceptance. Payment must be made prior to final publication.

8. Proofreading and Final Publication

After acceptance, authors will receive page proofs for final review.
It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to check the proofs carefully for typographical, formatting, or factual errors.
Proofs should be returned promptly to avoid delays. Once the proofs are approved and publication fees are settled, the article will be published online and assigned a DOI.

9. Copyright and Open Access

Upon acceptance, authors must complete a Copyright Transfer Agreement form.
INSR Publishers journals operate under an open-access model, meaning all articles are freely available online under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing readers to read, download, and share the published content with proper citation.
