INSR Publishers – Step-by-Step Author Guidelines

Welcome to INSR Publishers. We sincerely thank you for choosing our platform to share your valuable research. The following guidelines are designed to help authors prepare manuscripts that meet international scholarly and editorial standards. All contributors are requested to follow these instructions carefully before submission.


1. Language
Manuscripts must be written in English only. Authors are expected to use clear, concise, and grammatically accurate language. It is the responsibility of the author to ensure linguistic quality and professionalism. Non-native English speakers are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a qualified language editor prior to submission.


2. Page Format
Manuscripts must adhere to the following formatting requirements:

  • Software: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
  • Paper Size: A4 (8.27 × 11.69 inches)
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Layout: Two-column format throughout the manuscript
  • Spacing: Single line spacing for all content, including references, tables, and figures
  • Length: Maximum of 30 pages (additional pages may incur extra publication charges)

Figures and Tables:

  • Must appear in sequence as cited in the text
  • Each must include a clear caption or legend
  • Figures must be high quality (minimum resolution: 300 dpi)

3. Manuscript Components
A standard research article should include the following sections in order:


3.1 Title
Provide a concise, specific, and informative title reflecting the content of the study. Avoid abbreviations and formulae.

3.2 Author Information
Include:

  • Full names of all authors
  • Institutional affiliations
  • City and country
  • Corresponding author’s email address and phone number

3.3 Abstract
The abstract should:

  • Be a single paragraph
  • Not exceed 300 words
  • Summarize the purpose, methods, key findings, and conclusions

3.4 Keywords and Abbreviations

  • Provide 4–7 relevant keywords immediately after the abstract
  • Define uncommon abbreviations at first use in the text

3.5 Introduction
Describe:

  • Background and context
  • Research problem and significance
  • Objectives and contribution to existing knowledge

3.6 Materials and Methods

Provide detailed information on:

  • Materials, tools, and instruments used
  • Procedures and methodology

Ensure sufficient detail for reproducibility. Include ethical approval where applicable.


3.7 Results and Discussion

  • Present results clearly using text, tables, and figures
  • Avoid duplication of data across formats
  • Interpret findings in relation to existing studies
  • Highlight implications, limitations, and future research directions

(These sections may be combined or presented separately.)


3.8 Conclusion

Summarize:

  • Key findings
  • Significance and applications

Do not introduce new data in this section.


3.9 Acknowledgment

Recognize contributions from individuals, institutions, or funding bodies.


3.10 References

  • Include all cited works in a numbered list
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow APA (7th edition) or the journal’s specified format

Example:
Smith, J. A., & Brown, L. M. (2022). Advances in multidisciplinary research. Journal of Modern Studies, 10(2), 45–56.



4. Originality and Ethical Compliance

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished
  • Manuscripts must not be under consideration elsewhere
  • All submissions undergo plagiarism screening
  • Studies involving human or animal subjects must include ethical approval

5. Submission Process

Manuscripts may be submitted via:

  • Online Submission System
  • Email to the journal’s editorial office

Required documents:

  • Manuscript (MS Word format)
  • Cover letter confirming originality
  • Copyright transfer form (after acceptance)

6. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Evaluation criteria include:

  • Originality and contribution
  • Methodological rigor
  • Clarity and coherence
  • Academic relevance and quality

Authors will receive reviewer feedback and editorial decisions within a reasonable timeframe.


 

7. Publication Fees

  • No submission fee
  • A publication fee is required after acceptance to cover:
    • Editorial processing
    • Typesetting
    • Online hosting

Payment details will be provided upon acceptance and must be completed before publication.


 

8. Proofreading and Final Publication

  • Authors will receive page proofs after acceptance
  • The corresponding author must carefully review for errors
  • Proofs must be returned promptly

After approval and payment, the article will be published online and assigned a DOI.


 

9. Copyright and Open Access

  • Authors must sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement upon acceptance
  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY)
  • Content is freely accessible for reading, sharing, and reuse with proper citation
